We submitted the same along with some other family forms but LVO did not accept it. We received a document request early on and had to get a birth certificate within 30 days for submission. It wastes the time and I'd say just get it and submit with your application to avoid unnecessary delays
My case started to process in Canada in November 2015 and it was transferred to lvo on 20 September 2017 and they asked for documents on 16th November. So how long till they ask for medical
I am really worried. I wwas expecting to clear all the concerns during the interview but still they said they had concerns and took a one month time. What do you guys think on this?? What are the chances of them approving the case?
One thing they said why you visited Pak only after receiving a letter from us.
One more thing my application and my brothers application is identical meaning we almost received the same questions and we both replied the same answers.
you should be getting AOR1 soon. It takes at least 6 weeks. You can call CPC-M and find out. They can at least tell you the date, CPC-M processing the applications they received. If they tell you CPC-M processing application received on Oct 20th means, you are very close to AOR1.
That's what i did, called CPC-M almost every other day.

Your not visiting your spouse for a long time after marriage was their major concern thats why they called this interview in the first place. If they are satisfied on the same day they tell it at the time of the interview. Other times they think over it once more. Pray and be hopeful.

I just wanted to find out from you all, when you submitted copies of your CNIC (the computerized one) was the whole thing in english or was the back in urdu (where the address is) and so if the back had Urdu were you asked for translation? if you had to submit translation what did you submit exactly?
Yes the back was in urdu.
You can do What i did
photocopy front and back of ID card on top of a page then you can open microsoft word make a box in id card shape i.e rectangle at middle to bottom of page and do the translation in english yourself and then print it on the page where you got id card copy on top. get it notorized from any notary public. Thats it.
