I talked to the lawyer just now in canada and he said that confirmation from London office is not compulsary (AOR2). Some time they send and sometime they dont and process still goes on.
i received an email on 27 Nov in which they mentioned that file is transfered to LVO. After that no email from LVO and no ECAS change.

I will request GCMS notes after 2 or 3 months. Then i will make arrangement to anticipate the possible red flags they placed in our case.

Our interview went very well and visa officer was satisfied, Alhamdulillah. End of interview on Nov 21st, he issued re-medical instruction and next day on Nov 22nd we received invitation of pre-arrival services letter.
Re-medical done on Nov 29th.
Re-medical passed on Dec 5th.
DM on Dec 7th.
Received PPR on Dec 8th, today.

We are not sure why we were on interview even did not find anything in GCMS notes, I can only guess, we did not clearly answer few questions in our forms specially relationship form or did not put explanation notes like why I am not living/staying in my mother in law's home. Like another question in form how was marriage arranged? Always provide detail of marriage arrange if incase matchmaker involved should mentioned that or anyone else introduced to both families.

I have a question regarding landing. While landing Do i need to mention how much properties and money i have to avoid tax implications later on, there will be some land and money coming on my name in near future. Please guide me.

Whats forms do i need to fillup to declare my assets to immigration officer?

Just confused how land will come in your name to Canada? Kindly explain what do you mean.
You'll get a declaration card on the plane that you'll fill up with the information. You can mention if you'll bring more goods in the future to the customs officer.
I believe they are interested in what you bring or you'll bring with you to Canada and not what property you own in Pakistan. I have never declared my assets in Pakistan to any border agency officers anywhere. Hope others can shed some light on this issue

We submitted the same along with some other family forms but LVO did not accept it. We received a document request early on and had to get a birth certificate within 30 days for submission. It wastes the time and I'd say just get it and submit with your application to avoid unnecessary delays
