BG processing time depends on the country that you were born and also the number of countries that you have visited before. That's why BG for some of the June applicants is still N/A.

is there a source for that information, or is that an assumption?

Just keep calling. I know it's really frustrated but that is the only way to know your status quickly. I usually have to call them 5 to 7 times just to get in the line and wait for like 40 to 60 mins to talk to the agent. Don't give up! Just keep calling them and once you are in the line you can put your phone aside and do your own thing. Good luck!!

Some of my fiends who applied even before me are still waiting for DM. One of them who is a 2015 applicant is still waiting for BG cos he had visited 11 counties. This is what CIC agent told him when he called for follow up!

Just print it and fill out with pen and you have to send two pictures.. just read the instructions carefully and you need to send only one passport, the recent one u have

One more thing the return envelope should be all empty? Nothing should be filled?

I got DM on Dec 5th and so far haven't see that golden email......called CIC 30 mins ago and they told me we will get it soon...just soon...maybe today maybe tomorrow maybe next week...soon....
