I sent an inquiry a month back to NDVO and I just got a reply today. This is what it says:
Dear XXX,
Please be advised that the application is pending a review by an officer. At this point in time no action is required on your part. Once the review has been completed we will advise you of the next step in processing. We are confident to conclude the processing of this application within the prescribed time frame.

Is this a default answer? or does this mean anything? :/ Can someone shed a light on this

How long does it take for delhi VO to reply to a case specific query? I sent them an email on 29 Nov and not got a reply so far.

Before i send them mail on 29th sep they reply on november 6th.

NDVO is slowest among all VO offices. Bunch of idiots sitting there doing nothing.

ALL said and done the last line to this has made me hopeful "we are confident to conclude the processing of this application within the prescribed time frame..." i dont care if it is a generic response, the glass is half full in my eyes LOL.
