Anyone know if CIC extends that 30 days deadline. really worried.

Cic don't normally keep passports for more than a few days. Maybe you should push back your flight. I would get this PR out of the way. Don't want any further delay from cic.

hi, I would not let the application process delayed further more, even if I have to change my plan. However, it is your own choice to make. I think if you check your ppr email you will find they mentioned that if you can not fulfill the 30 days requirement, you should send them a email immediately and explain why. Hope this will help you!

Hi Guys, I just got my PPR request 10 mins ago. But I will be leaving Canada tomorrow for 1 month and so I was wondering if anyone know if I can extend the 30days deadline they mentioned in the ppr email. Thanks

my sister did not checked her mail box so she did not know she received ppr email from CIC for about 5~6 weeks and she sent all docs right away. But had no problems.she did not need to send her passport though.
