Wow! This is exciting, I was so disappointed to see 18 moths processing times today. But this has definitely cheered me up, so thank you. What is your AOR date?

Don't be discouraged, just be patient. My friend got her DM today. My timeline is file received Sept 22, 2016 - AOR Dec 22, 2016 - upfront medical November 22, 2017- They received it today.

If you google ECAS, the first link is https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do. That's only for applicants that didn't link their application to their mycic account.

Doesn't matter if you link your cic account or not, you should still be able to see ECAS, or else you specified that did not want to.

Yes, they too have to go home to their family right? they cut-off for the holiday.
