How long does it usually take after the myCIC status changes to "We need more docs to continue processing your application" to receive your GCMS notes?
Ours changed on Nov. 26 and we haven't gotten any message about additional docs so I'm guessing it changed because our notes were generated. But it's been 10 days and we still haven't received them..

true .. i was at that stage back in July .. well a lot was happening in my personal life at that time too .. so it was building up to the point that i was like .. f**k it .. jo hona hoga, hojaye ga .. As soon as the file went to LVO, and i knew that they were going to be dead silent about my file, i relaxed and let the tension go .. now when i see ppl panicking, i remember my time, and try to relax the poor fellows .. lol
Yea I was panicking too when I saw a lot of people here in the interview que or those who were asked for additional docs. But then I said to myself IRCc ya LVO Allah na Khasta Allah sy bhar k tu nai. Allah ke zaat sy he umeedein hein sari bus ab. Wo chahey tu kia ni ho skta. Isi liye bus woi ham sab k haq me isy behtr kry jo hum chah rahy hein. Ameen.

Also for Karachi the IRCC authorized medical exam facility it IOM Karachi Migration Health Assessment Center. does anyone know if this is an "eMedical" facility?

Every iom centre in Pak is e-med fac. Although they take 4-5 days to upload the results. Mine took 6 cuz of 4 consecutive holidays(weekend + 2 holidays due to dharna) right after my med was done. Best of luck for yours!

I received an email from CPC Missisauga, saying they transfer my file to London Visa Office. I already submitted my Police Clearance, Medical and Schedule A to CPC Mississauga when they asked before sending my file to LVO.
File is transferred to LVO on 27 November, The only line that is added to my ECAS is that Medical Result received.
Still no email from LVO confirming the receipt of the application. How long it takes LVO to send confirmation email
