Does the panel physician sends the medicals to both applications at the same time or does he wait and sends to the second application when tbey have requested medicals? Also, if the panel physician will be sending the results to both applications at the same time, will it be considered an upfront medical exam for the application which you did not receive a MR ?
In this case it is a bit tricky. Unless there a medical request, panel physician can not send for another application. and if you got another MR for another application, they can not do second medical for the same person (as said by my clinic) unless you need further medical analysis. in my case, I did first medical with first IME (for TRV), then when I got second MR with another IME (for PR), I send the proof of medical through email and webform, but CIC did not receive it, then I request my clinic to do inquiry , then they sent my medical exam proof to regional medical officer. the following day, my medical is passed. I think it is better to inform clinic about your second application, they will tell you how they can help you.
monthly PR excel spreadsheet was updated. October shows the lowest numbers for 2017 QSWP with only 1415 applications. Total QSWP: 21995.The total number of immigrants for Quebec is 45930.
QSWP Jan-Oct./2016 was 23105. Thus, almost 1110 behind last year numbers.
On the other hand, October 2017 also shows the lowest number of accepted immigrants In Canada for 2017 (with only 21205.Total accepted until October is 242,150. Federal Target for 2017 was 300000 loool. And of course, numbers are way-way behind last year.
Cheers

Be it,13 or 14!!! nobody is gettingDM..
Hello Guys, I know this is stupid but at this point nothing seems stupid to me. CIC asked for an updated background declaration to send me through email in MyCIC msg. I sent the email on the same day. But I was wondering how do I know if the got my email.. Should I contact them on this regard? Or just wait. update info was just putting NONE instead of blank space., My background check statues changed to "not applicable" from "we are checking your background" after I sent back the letter. I got the Pre-arrival service msg but no DM or PPR.
They asked me to send email to this address "

Hi all,
maybe more waiting will be done for QSW.
The program for live-in care-giver changed from 56 months to 12 months.........No one care about QSW....waiting waiting

This fall, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) dedicated additional resources to process LCP applications and encourage caregivers and their family members to submit any documents that were missing from their applications. With this focus, IRCC is on track to finalize 5,000 more cases than originally planned by the end of 2017. This surge will allow IRCC to welcome 20,000 new permanent residents in the caregiver category in total this year, reaching the high end of the target range as set out in the 2017 levels plan.
Having taken these steps, IRCC is committing to:
- Finalizing a minimum of 80% of the cases that were in the LCP inventory as of October 1, 2017 by the end of 2018;
- Processing 80% of new, complete LCP applications submitted on or after October 1, 2017 within 12 months; and
- Admitting high numbers of LCP caregivers and their family members as permanent residents until the remaining cases are processed.

I suggest we Inland applicants should get together and go to see local MP or to local media for delay in QSW for Unknown Reason.

Yeah this should be communicated to MP's for sure ....

Then we should better get together to our soonest and let them know our concern so at least we can see some improvement next year.

I suggest to go to media so everyone will be aware of whats happening, because Mp wont do anything for us, in fact MP has no power in this issue.

A good idea. Although, now that Quebec prefers to talk about Adidas store manager not speaking enough French, and whether shop clerks should drop bonjour-hi, I wonder if there is much sympathy for skilled workers, so many of who applied with very little knowledge of French...
Maybe the Gazette will sympathise.
