It had passed my mind that WES double checking could be faster than IQAS double checking, since one depends on the candidate while the other is out of the candidate's reach (you don't order an IQAS duplicate, OINP verifies those by themselves).
But seeing cases go to Assessment in 11 to 24 days (your case, the slowest so far) just makes me conclude the obvious - IT'S ALL RANDOM :/

Yes there is a lot of randomness here. And there are still a few people who submitted on the 2nd and 3rd who have not moved into Assessment, so my record will be broken soon.
Btw are you in the OINP NOV APPLICANTS whatsapp group? We have a pretty good tracker going there (in addition to the myimmitracker)

Do note that this group is meant for people who submitted in November, so please don't share it with people who are waiting for NOI. Those people can join this group: https://chat.whatsapp.com/GaLI5scZbq33KnyRxx7EN9
Yes, some of Candidates from NDVO got PPR from Sep 2017 AOR. No updates from other VO. Situation will be more clear before Christmas holidays starts in Canada.
I am also pursuing Canada immigration. My NOC is also 5122, and I have seen that it is never in demand. COuld you please let me know how you managed to sail through? pl reply...
ADR or anything official from OINP should come from this email ontarionominee@ontario.ca as it their official email. Further, any communication with regards to your application should be sent to the same email address.
That´s the issue. There are very little. The fact that french-speaking is the only stream that has never closed in over two years of OINP proves that further.
Most francophones tend to choose Québec over the rest of Canada, and many who manage to have bilingual skills can now reach a 30 point bonus (since early june), and a CLB 9 + CLB 7 combo can easily make them reach cutoff scores (I myself could reach over 460 after my new ECA is ready if I could have a NCLC 7 TEF today, and I am 37!), unless they struggle with education or age.
