In my personal mail its was just indicated as you have a new message in CIC account. In CIC account there was an attachment regarding passport submission , how to submit and where like that....for me given instruction to go to VFS Abudhabi. Also indicated that these details have to reach within 30days..Moreover, indicated about photo and its specification link(for checking). Actually it was 7 page description regarding the passport submission and need blank pages (and should have passport validity).

Thanks for update, Actually my wife birth date is not registered in Muncipal, so please let me know if any other alternate will work or it's mandatory to have a birth certificate for spouse and spouse is not the PA.
