I am filing in the Travel history, and came across this question
Has XYZ, and if applicable, XYZ's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.
So am I suppose to provide information about my family visits too? Because my brother has been to Turkey on official business.
I have lived outside Pakistan since I was infant. Now, with my PCC I have, one PCC from 18th Birthday till current (outside Pakistan), one PCC from Karachi mentioning the last visit dates only in July 2017 (not since birth or 18 birthday).
My spouse is also outside Pakistan for the last 13 years. So I have included, one PCC for the current country, one PCC for Karachi for the last visit dates in July 2017 (not since birth or 18 birthday).

If you have visited Pakistan since you were 18 years old (other than this trip of July 2017). It should be included in the PCC. Otherwise CIC may reject your application since your previous visits to Pakistan are not covered by this PCC.
Unfortunately Pakistan PCC is very strange. I would suggest simply to get a PCC from Pakistan from 18th Birthday onwards.
Salam
Guys do i need to update my application if i know after few months i will become father or wait till he/she will arrive and what if i received ITA and then tell cic that now we have an added member in our family ? will they accept our case ?

Yes, You have to update CIC about new family member after birth with documentation like passport, birth certificate etc. If baby is born after ITA then you have to inform after ITA no problem.
Just inform immediately whether baby is born before or after ITA.

I would suggest to check about the change in fund requirements. I think you will have to show funding equal to your family members + newborn in your bank statements.
I have not heard of any Pakistani so far on this forum who has been able to sucessfully get a PCC from an embassy.
It might be possible but you know how pathetic Pakistani embassies can be.
I would suggest you to use the services of some agents available online who can make your PCC for you. I used one of these. I can send you the details if you PM me.
