Just got off the phone. Guy named Peter told me to sign up representative form if I want him to access our file on behalf of my husband!!!!
I told him that all of the previous call centre agents had no problem accessing our file because I was the dependant and not the applicant.
Finally I got him to get an access and I hope he really did. He told me he is sending a message to ircc straight away. Somehow I have a feeling that he lied.
So...will see
Date of ecas update changed... (at the very bottom of the webpage). Now it’s 2017-11-15 .... and it’s slow too but didn’t get any update today... anybody got anything?

No m april 22nd 2016 and i didnt get aor but on ecas it shows we started processing your file on June 21, 2016 plus i got medical on May 1, 2017

I got my medical May 1st too. May 5th medical received, then background change to in process again around August. still nothing.. I did get replay from case specific inquiry said they still processing my case in Nov 8th. so I was told to wait.. I have friends who submitted in Jun already send her passport.
