hey we are also asked for an interview in december and in our case my husband visited me a bit late due to his work commitments ,almost 2 years gap,, and our case was placed 2.5 years after we got married .. i think we both have same red flags .. what are u saying on why didnt u apply the same year ?/

I explained my situation in detail. I was facing alot of problems regarding my job. My jobs didn't last for a long period of time. This is the reason I mentioned that I couldn't save enough money to sponsor my spouse. This is the same reason I couldn't visit my spouse. Seems like they are not fully satisfied therefore An interview.

so going to the MP was a waste of time! Just called to let me know eligibility, security and criminality are 'pending' whatever that means! So I told her that was not helpful at all, as I knew this already. got the usual responses, its too early, not every file is the same, there is a queue, blah blah blah! I just wanna drown myself in the pool of my tears! I don't know how you guys did it, some of you who did for years and are still stuck in this limbo. I just wanna be with him already thinking of ordering my notes again right now, even though last order will be arriving in a couple of weeks time.

In my opinion, I don’t think ordering notes again and again will help anything. Unless you’re afraid you’re in the interview queue. But hey look at us who have been waiting for more than a year all we can do is wait and curse at LVO every single day

Dont feel that way. We did an mp inquiry in april in which they told us that nothing was started and my file was untouched since nov. I month later i got the ppr. The one month in between got crappier when an october applicant got ppr before me(sep applicant). The process and lvo is screwed up big time. But it will be over in a few days time IA.

Yes I am going to look at it that they are just probably taking a deep breath after all those DMs and PPRs they showered on us this month, and in a weeks time they will have gotten back to the grind to wrap up the rest of us. Until then I will focus on my 4 assignments, 1 project and two tests next week

That will be nice. I visited him in April/May. Was kind of hoping we could spend winter break together in Canada. Truth be told I looked at flight tickets in October nothing less than $3 grands. Just can't cough up that money so fast considering I went in Dec 2016 for our wedding and then in April.

Oh so you got married about a year ago..you didn't consider sponsoring right away ?
