Hi congratulations of crossing that step. AOR is Acknowledgement of Receipt and is exactly that, confirmation of CIC getting your application.
CIC say they processes 80% of applications withing 6 months but of late it has been much faster. IMO a realistic expectation is 90-120 days could be less could be more.
Feel like an idiot - we took IELTS last year and had a score of 418. But i delayed WES thinking 418 will never be enough, but then the scores dropped, but i was too late to get WES. And now was been waiting at 428 since June 5. Lose 5 points tomorrow (Happy Birthday to me!!). Can't increase my score easily (IELTS 9,9,9,8.5) without PNP or a job.
Anyway, need to wait till March when my spouse can be the primary and our score will be >460 - assuming she can improve her IELTS slightly.
This last draw was very depressing. I have been waiting for a month now with a score of 441, thought I would get an ITA in the next immediate draw, but you all saw what happened.
Hoping I get it soon.
Please keep the patience. In 1 month U are getting upset. I am waiting for 6 months and I’m not losing hope. There are active members waiting for much longer and they are not giving up. Patience is the key.

You can enter the pool with the soft copy, however it has been recomended at various forums to upload the physical certification scan in the post ITA procedure. The difference between the two is a black stamp at the bottom right on the physical certificate.
Best of luck
Well, I'm going to advise all of you who have been waiting for a month and losing hope to just give up, lol. Get out of the pool, and leave the ITAs for people who are willing to claw tooth and nail for them.

True that... There are people here like from ages... They are Persistent and advising on any single query and rejoicing for every draw for people who got ITA.
Get inspired from these people... Just don't lose hope... #ROH78
It's all for a reason and let the reason be consistent....
We all should be there next year for the #Yukon party...
Keep up the hope, the light is around the corner. May all the ITAs shower on you all at the earliest. Please do not be down, things happen for a reason, there is always a tomorrow. Good luck.
I have a question regarding the requirement of PCC from Pakistan. Below is my traveling history:
I Came to Canada from Pakistan first time in August, 2013
Went to Pakistan on vacation for 2 months in year 2015
Went to Pakistan on vacation for 1 month in year 2016
My question is that do I need 1 PCC from Pakistan mentioning on PCC the “Period of stay in Pakistan” from year 2001(18 year old) till August, 2013 or I need 3 separate PCC’s from Pakistan one with period of stay 2001 to 2013 and 2nd PCC for that 2 months of vacation period and 3rd PCC for that 1 month of vacation period? Please advise. Thank You.

As far as my understanding is when you apply for PCC, your criminal check will be done till the date you have submitted the application.
Hope the below information helps.
Who needs a police certificate? In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate.
You may need a police certificate from any country or territory that you have spent six months or more since the age of 18.
For example: if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.
If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:
are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory.
