Was it open and in progress on 28/8 at ndvo?
Then your due date they put must have been 29/9...
Many have this ... Without ip2 reflected in status update of Application process.
NO dear, the due date is Oct 11 and it says eligibility not started under assessments. What was "open" is a field called App. Status and App. status reason is "In progress"
This is strange, there is always the next due date, ask legalfalcon on his thread, he might help.
You mentioned in your earlier post that your eligibility is "in progress", if that is the latest entry on eligibility then your file is not gathering dust. If latest entry under eligibility is "not started" then yes your file is gathering dust. Check dates properly. That will clear up things for you.

This is just opening of your file by ndvo.. after this the next thing that reflects in gcms is ip2... ... Eligibility is calculated at CIO and refered as as met or recommend pass.. then CIO resets it to not started before sending to local office as the final decision will be made by them...

Okay that is "in progress" for everyone, so as eligibility is still "not started" then no one has checked file recently and its waiting with others and sadly gathering dust as of now.
Hopefully this changes soon my friend.
