Hello, my CRS is above 241 but I haven't received an ITA from the 76th draw. Did something go wrong?

I haven't read where they said they were sending out NOIs right away.

Ontario really has not said they would be sending out NOIs right away. They suggest it could be happening when they mention NOIs issued after November 1, but normally when they do issue NOIs, they explicitly say that they are now issuing NOIs. So I think they haven't started issuing NOIs for the HCP stream but are just publishing the rules in case they do decide to start issuing NOIs this year.

They do have this update now:

Important: Please note, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program e-Filing Portal will be temporarily unavailable from Friday November 3, 2017 at 5pm EDT until Saturday November 4, 2017 at 2pm EDT as the system undergoes maintenance. Any clients whose application deadlines are affected by the system maintenance are asked to contact the program directly at ontarionominee@ontario.ca.

Just curious is the processing time from ITA to PR for EE-FSW same as EE-CEC?

Just curious is the processing time from ITA to PR for EE-FSW same as EE-CEC?

I guess EE-CEC would be much faster than EE-FSW. I am saying based on couple of my friends experience. the guy, EE-CEC , ITA to PPR process took just less than a month(it happen recently) whereas another friend, EE-FSW, process took almost 3 months in this January.

Do you think they will start issuing new NOIs soon and wish to highlight in advance that the new timeline is 45 days and not 3 months as before.I hope i get an NOI this time.
