Someone decided to track Oct16-20 separately. The link that you posted tracks applications delivered between Oct16-20.

I agree with other posters. There is no need to have separate spreadsheet for Oct 16-20 since there is one for october already. What can be seen is that apps are not processed in the order of receipt. As the app progresses the date of receipt seems to matter less and less. It will be more helpful if this spreadsheet is consolidated into the bigger one. Otherwise it just leads to confusion.
