I think it was expected. I was more like no draw today at all, but this is fine and it`s a great news for some!

I think the future is: 2018 quota announced today, 3,5k ITAs draw on Nov 8

In another thread someone mentioned that when PNP & FST draws happened the next one was FSW, so it may be the case again, and after that we will see the ITA's issued increase.

Focus on today's announcement with regards to 2018 quota, more numbers for economical stream = more ITA's.

I guess there has never been a draw exclusively for FSW or CEC folks. So, the next draw even if it happens on Nov 8th would be a common one for all the 4 streams.

Cic should've drawn a normal draw today and this special draw on next wed to keep the hope alive

I think any minute now it may show up on the cic website. Minister have a press conference at 3:45PM Ottawa time according to our colleagues from ROH.

You never know when the draw happen at this point. Last time when they did FST and PNP draw it was Friday, this time it might be Wednesday for FST & PNP and Friday for all streams.
