Processing time for Federal PR after nominated by AINP

Hi,
I am concern about the processing time of the federal PR. In a regular case where applicant apply under CEC the processing time is 12 months as per latest update on the website. what if a candidate is already been nominated by AINP and then apply for the Federal PR does the processing time differ?

it depends on which visa office u are applying to.....
i was nominated in 2011, applied to federal in Nov 2011 and now i'm still waiting for medicals....

I think you guys all applied outside Canada? Wow, such a long timeline......... I think if you are an inland AINP they the processing time a lot quicker??? This is just my guessing tho...

Nope, I am the inland applicant. after receiving ainp when u apply for pr under pnc category the general processing time is 15 to 18 months.
