hi , i am on pr and i have to vist pakistan for 2 week and i have applied for spousal sponsor .will it effect my case

I received request for Schedule A, PCC and Medical, which i am in process to arrange,
2nd this is that The ECAS status showing that decision made from 23 October. but still no email came to know what is the decision, only received these PCC and medical etc email came to upload.

1. I want to know if only PA is required to submit Schedule A or Sponsor also has to submit.
2. How much time it take to receive email about the details of decision.

Decision made is for sponsor. He/she is eligible for sponsorship.
1)only PA has to submit it. Or his/her dependants that are your children.
2) i dont know.
