Do u think it's only scored that way for person who are not from an english speaking country? I got 12 listening, 10 reading and 8 writing and speaking

As we're celebrating festival of lights (Diwali) tomorrow, i guess CIC will conduct draw tomorrow to celebrate the same.

The maximum points that can be allotted is 9 in each section of the IELTS exam
