No draw today guys due to the pool size. My source(friend who works with the web team) at CIC says the pool has to have a minimum amount of applicants to draw to take place. He also says minimum CRS score cut off point will increase to <460 until some point in the first quarter next year.

Come on man don't say that. Is it friend sure that there will be no draw today. Coz if that is the case I am am dead sure next draw will see super high cut off score.

In other news, I've filed my study permit on Friday. So hopefully I'll be going to Canada in December, even if it isn't as a Permanent Resident.

Are you sure about what you just said?? Is your friend really in the CIC as he claims to be??

Obvious troll is obvious, no-one has draw information beforehand, not even the consultants living right next to IRCC.
