I have seen cases where the BGC takes a little longer. You are almost there since eligibility is passed.

I don't have a mycic account because of a rep. I don't know the exact date of bgc but PCC was requested in Aug 2017 so I assume that’s exactly when BGC started

Male applicant's BGC takes a bit longer but in the coming weeks your husband will IA get PPR. Don't worry, the worst waiting period has already passed, few more days to go.

We ordered GCms notes on 30 aug... and its been more than a month ... we emailed them after 31 days days that we havent received notes yet... its been a week and no response of email... dont know what to do know .. should order them again or wait....? getting really frustrated :-(

Did your wife not visit you even once after the wedding took place?

No she didn’t and i gave them the explanation for this. Now i have to prepared lot of proof for this as she is coming next month.

Yea this might be the reason as it has now been 2.5 yrs that she is visiting you.
While she is here, take lots of pictures on different occasions, write an explanation letter to cover all their concerns and also provide related proof ( why she couldnt come earlier and why did u apply late). wish you good luck.

Sorry to hear that. I know how hard it is to have another waiting period because I myself is in queue. The least one wants is to be in interview queue.

Didn't your previous notes give you any hint about interview? Did something like 'review required' or 'interview recommended' was there in the notes?

Yes in my previous notes there was ‘ review required’ under eligibility.

So my wife will be travelling to Canada in 2 weeks . I have a few questions regarding her trip.

1) What documents will she need to provide at Karachi airport at the time of departure? I heard the officers bother first time travellers in Karachi. Any info regarding this?

2) What documents are needed at the Canadian Immigration when she arrives.

3) We live in Edmonton and the destination on her COPR is Edmonton as well. Can she Land at Toronto Airport or she has to land at edmonton directly?

BGC has been in process for close to 2 weeks now. Travel history to blame?

I think not to blame travel history its just LVO are toooooooo lazy in giving DM. My BGC started for like more then one month. Have almost nil travel history just travelled once. and PA is female. What we can do is just WAIT and Hope for best .

1) just your passport at the immigration counter.
2) passport, copr, declaration card, goods to follow list (if there will be goods following)
3) I think yes.

we are April 06 applicant, no additional docs requested other than Schedule A, file at LVO since May 31st. Still no BGC in progress :'(
