actually document checklist is the more important and accurate . they follow checklist but i think for our peace of mind we can send.

If it was mandatory for you to file a tax declaration (means if you earned money or investments in Canada) you must have filled it for 3 years. But if you didn't earn any money then you didn't have to fill a tax declaration and in that case they will be okay with it

So you didn't photocopy the whole passport like some of the others here are suggesting?

but what if my year ending date is October 31st because I run a business. So, do i have to file 1st before apply? This will be 3rd year.

Did you submit all your passports (B pages) + PR card copy?
or PR card + Landing documents + driving license?

I have only submitted what they asked - bio/photo page.

I mailed photocopies of my PR confirmation + PR card and the bio pages of my passports, didn't scan my whole passports. For my ID I mailed a photocopy of my Quebec health insurance card
