For item 2, the Schedule 4 funds shown should reconcile to the total amount of funds in Canadian Dollars from your latest bank statements. If you have more funds than required, all the better. Additional funds will buttress your case for the nomination, as you can get by for a longer period of time without employment.

The 'total funds in latest bank statement' will vary (increase/ marginally decrease basis usage/earnings) between the date of statement >>> date of application submission >>> to the date of acceptance. Will this not be an issue ?
Also since we need to keep the documents ready given the small window of opportunity for application submission, what should the statement date (signed & stamped by the bank manager) be ? To clarify, if SINP opens on 25th October, can the statement by the banker be signed and stamped dated October 1st ? Clearly it is not possible to rush to the banker for sign and stamp after the application window opens or for that matter every week ?
Also since I plan to upload the docs in advance and keep the account ready for submission, what date should be on all the forms ? Does all the forms need to mention the date as on which application is being finally submitted ? Or can the date be a few days or a week before the application submission (window opening) date ?

Couple of questions for CIPS Certification through ISP in Edu Plus Exp route.
1) Can they accept a US Masters degree in Computer science or does it have to be a Bachelors degree. The bachelors degree we have is Electronics & Electrical engineering in B. Tech.
2) How long does the entire process to be ISP certified, if started today.

I have received my copy of the WES evaluation report on 28th Oct by standard mail. How do I know that CIPS have received their copy? I sent multiple emails to CIPS and there is no response.
