Finally received my long overdue GCMS notes. I have DM in ECAS but the notes say security not started , everything else is good. GCKEY also stated background in progress, I wonder if the DM status is accurate?

So your background check is still in progress? Have you been to a lot of countries?

Yes it is still in process since 20 September ... I never been to any other country than Canada and my home country... gone to us few times for less than 24 hours... once for two days nothing else...

Yeah but it depends on cbsa and other agencies too which are involved in checking process.. depends on how much work load they have and how efficient their communication is after they finish someone’s investigation... if anyone know more aspects please add ....
