Why you are asking for re medical? Is it necessary for all? Or as it expires after a year so that's why you are asking?

You can email or mail your docs to LVO, or upload via webform on the CIC website. May I ask what it is you are voluntarily submitting?

marriage registration certificate k right top corner pe pehlay union council # xyz likha hota tha but now municipal committee #xyz likha hota hai and according to punjab govt buldiyati intekhabaat k bad jin ilaqoo mein 5lakh say qum abaadi hai whan union council has been dissolved into muncipal commitee tou ab jo chotay ilaqay hain un mein merriage ceritificate pe nichaye jo chairmain ki stamp pehlay UC likha hota tha wahan MC hota hai ktya ye acceptable hai ab london visa office walay isko accept kar rahy hain please jo 2017 k spousal hain or jo 5 lakh say qum abadi wlay area say belong kartay hain please let me know as soon as possible i will be very thank ful to u

I was sent PFL and i submitted call log but no chat history , now after reading posts i think its important to submit chat history thats more relaiable , what u say?

I am usually not a proponent of voluntary docs but your case needs it. Send them as much as you can and use all channels. Email, webform and post. Hopefully you are able to convince them. I read your previous posts about what you did put together, it sounds pretty solid to me but there is no harm in sending chat history also. Make sure its diverse, so not just lovey dovey messages but what you had for dinner, to how your coworker pissed you off etc kind of messages. All the best

Don't submit until they ask for

PFL is the last stage before a refusal is issued. You shouldn't wait for them to ask for it, because they will not be asking you anything after this point.

No medical is not requested of all members. Before Dec 2016 (Dec 07 i think), applicants had to submit medical with their application upfront. Because process times were longer, most members' medical would expire before a decision was made. So CIC would ask them to re-submit medical before approving the file. This will not be the case now, as CIC is conducting medicals once application is received at CPC Mississauga and aims to conclude most files (80%) within 12 months. Hope that helped.
