Does the submitted application turn "updated" before a draw? Mine still shows submitted. Just being curious...

Cheesus! how many rounds interview do people have to go through for a job?? All my life, I've gone for just 1 interview to seal the deal.. Is it a norm in Canada?

I have a spectrum of no interview to 4 rounds,
Campus placement rounds usually have 3 stages.
No interview- ex boss poached me
4 stage -Something like a psychometry test was a stage too in my first hiring process from uni

I have come up with the prediction for the 73rd draw.

If it happens on:
Oct 04 - CRS 433 - ITAs 2786
Oct 05 - CRS 435 - ITAs 2880
Oct 06 - CRS 439 - ITAs 2848

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off on each date (in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than the predicted ITA count):
