Guys,
I just called IRCC call center to ask about my application. They said my file has been transferred to Case Processing Center - Ottawa. What does it mean? When I check my application status online, my background still says it is N/A. Yet, my application has been transferred to CPC-O.

I asked the same question to the call center agent. She said Background check N/A means it is not completed yet but she said on their end it shows in process. Do you know what does it mean when the application has been transferred to CPC-O?

I didnt got any information about my file trnsfered to Ottawa.
MR : May 1st
no updates until today BG was in progress since AUG 23.
I am from Alberta
