I called two weeks back and the agent told me that your 16 months are not done otherwise i would have direct message and ask about your status, at that time she told me that by criminality is passed whereas my security has not started thats why she said she's going to direct message. She told me to call back again on October 2nd for that. Today when i called again she said that everything looks good and your security background check is in process. I told her to direct message and she insisted that no need for that as everything looks good. what should i do now? should i ask local MP to direct message them? would it look bad on my file calling first and then going to MP?
