No idea how NDVO is picking up files as the one who got DM received Aor2 in July and I believe we received it in May, same day.
Don’t know what’s wrong with our applications ! And can you help me in filling the consent form for gcms notes as my husband has applied for it on my behalf. Thank you.
my AOR2 also was on July 5. Haven't heard anything after. I presume you have applied for gcms right? I'm going to apply for gcms if nothing happens by Tuesday.

Ya taught like we were lucky got transferred to Delhi early and AOR2 on may 8th. But all this just for file to sit there with no further update from may 8th.
On consent form where you( principal applicant) need to fill the details,sign on section A, scan and send to your husband. Than he need to fill the section C and apply GCMS notes with this consent form. I did in this way for my wife and received the gcms notes in 1 month.
Also there are 2 options in access to information.. need to choose the electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officers. So you get back mostly in 4-5 weeks. There is other option the
Application, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from IRCC, this might take up to 3 months to get back the notes.
