I´ve been absent from this forum lately, mainly because my EOR result was taking too long to arrive and I was kind of losing hope that my IELTS scores would change. Happy to say that after 11 weeks I have finally received a response and my band score increased.
Now with this new score I expect my CRS to go from 370 to around 430. I know I´m still below the current CRS cut-off but I went from having no hope at all to at least having some hope now.

Guys, my previous organisation is ready to issue the reference letter. However, they will not issue it addressed to "Whom so ever it may concern". They are asking to specify the exact name of the entity & the address to which the letter is to be issued.

Buddy I have personally never been to Nepal ...but close to it..I mean Sikkim and Tibet...and its beautiful and clean with fresh air and.....I think it will help your lung functioning to some extent.....I have never done bungee jumping ...wanna try that out..Have done kite flying and it was great and bungee is going to be awesome as well... just a wild guess as I like doing stuff out of the box and adventurous ....Well nothing is impossible...the word itself says " I AM POSSIBLE"....so do not belittle yourself rather give a nitrogen booster to yourself and convince yourself that you will reach the top and conquer it....Journey may be tough but when its easy to do things the feeling of accomplishment is dead ....when the going gets tough the tough gets going....
Immigration is not for the weak. The trials we face now are just the beginning of the challenges we will have. It's a lot easier if you look at it as an adventure with nothing certain from day to day. There will be time to feel settled later.

Life keeps throwing challenges at us regardless of our situation, which happens to be immigration in our case. I'm personally quite impatient and keep thinking about something or the other. I feel, waiting period after ITA would be lot sweeter.
However, I'm also sure, all of us will remember this phase few years from now after having settled in Canada.
Hey guys my colleague is struggling with a question on EE. He had applied for Canada PR in 2006 long before EE was launched. He doesn't remember what stage he was but the process never went thru and he got some refund in 2014. He doesn't have any uci but recollects having a file number starting with BO
So he wants to confirm if he needs to select yes for the as., 'has xx applied to IRCC before?'
