I have a question, do/can/should people change jobs after submiiting PR application?
Does it mean that applicants needs to update the application with new details during the processing and also submit additional experiance letter from current employer( eventually becomes previous employer).

I believe that your information should be current and true at the time of AOR. Whatever you do after that isn't of any concern to the authorities.

Otherwise our PCC will never be current, and we would practically be forbidden from traveling outside the country from the AOR date to the PPR date.

I wanna go to Nepal. Maybe for bungee and if possible trekking Mount Everest which seems highly unlikely considering I have busted my lungs after years of smoking. However, I'd just like to see the beast if not conquer it.

Buddy I have personally never been to Nepal ...but close to it..I mean Sikkim and Tibet...and its beautiful and clean with fresh air and.....I think it will help your lung functioning to some extent.....I have never done bungee jumping ...wanna try that out..Have done kite flying and it was great and bungee is going to be awesome as well... just a wild guess as I like doing stuff out of the box and adventurous ....Well nothing is impossible...the word itself says " I AM POSSIBLE"....so do not belittle yourself rather give a nitrogen booster to yourself and convince yourself that you will reach the top and conquer it....Journey may be tough but when its easy to do things the feeling of accomplishment is dead ....when the going gets tough the tough gets going....

It is the only reasonable reason for their unpredictability.

I think so....Mr. Ahmed might be waking up early in the morning and blabber few random numbers, which might tramslate into draw.

LMAO. I would think people are smart enough to time their applications to work around such an issue. You can add dependents on your application at any time before PPR request, not like the baby just pops out of nowhere one day. You have ample time to prepare for it.

Yes it is reference to Indian administrative services
the person who raised the query has mentioned that he was reporting to an ias officer who was in charge of the project & had agreed to give a reference letter ..
in that context only I reffered ias

I have just ended my 13 month contract and moving to different province. I waiting for my IELTS score now. Hopefully I will get it enough and receive ITA. Meanwhile, it may take a while for me to get a new job. Does anyone thing it has an impact on my express entry? (Both moving and also being unemployed while getting ITA)

Any help would be appreciated.

no I don't think so as I had a friend who was unemployed and had an ITA...
