I applied in January 2017 ... received sponsor approval within a month medical status passed , since then eligibility is being reviewed ... no updates till now

It has been more than 8 months, have you ordered GCMS notes yet or inquired from LVO for a status update?

You mean family sponsorship? It's been a tough one. I've been through it all (PFL, Interview, Remeds, Additional Doc request...you name it!) and still going through it. Alhamdullilah though - After hardship comes ease. Just waiting for that magical email to ask us for the passport now inshallah!

When you schedule an appointment for medical, they IOM emails you with a list of documents to bring at the time of medical. Passport is one of them. Should be the same passport that will be used during application submission.

Oh Actually I haven't submitted the file yet. But the passport is with the employer and it is hard to get it out from there.

If you haven't received any additional document request till now, then expect DM/PPR after 2-3 weeks of getting re medical done.

buddy on 29 aug i have got additional document request and they asked me about urdu nikahnama,i applied on 21 oct 2016 on 24 november 2016 file moved to london and then on 29 aug additional document request and now today on 14 september got remedical

Everyone's idea of love is different. I believe in love after marriage, though it may be an outsider or a cousin. In my honest opinion, cousin marriages shouldn't happen anymore. My brother, a special needs child, is a byproduct of such a marriage, and I have seen a lot in other families too where parents are first or second cousins. Do your future kids a favour and marry outside the family.

Actually, there's no scientific evidence for increased congenital diseases among children of cousin marriages, unless such marriages have been occurring repeatedly for several generations. So, as the saying goes, moderation in all things .

There hasn't been significant progress from LVO in the last few weeks, but as was mentioned already, it's that time of the year when they start firing off those DMs and PPRs, so everyone stay positive! We've already reached the middle of September, so it'll be any day now .

Guys

I wanted to submit original PCC with my file, unfortunately, it was delayed. Hence when I received the courier from Pak it was not included in it.

Now can I do one thing. Take a scan of PCC in Pak and then print it here in color. Attach a copy of it.

Becuase CIC asks us to upload it anyway when they request it. So they don't need original right.

What are your thoughts here.?
