I dont think we will have a draw today.
As CIC is planning to complete its quota for 2017 and going to start 2018 quota from October, so they must have a definite number(remaining) of ITAs to be issued in Sept to complete 2017 cycle. That's why we are seeing downfall in number of ITA's being issued. So, I'm expecting a lesser(remaining 2017 quota) number of ITA's in the last draw for 2017 on 20th Sept or later in Sept and then they will start 2018 quota from Oct.

If it happens on:
Sep 13 - CRS 429 - ITAs 2787
Sep 14 - CRS 430 - ITAs 2660
Sep 15 - CRS 430 - ITAs 2842

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 1 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off on each date (in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than 2800):

Wednesday it is, most anticipating for a draw but the Minister seems to be in Nova Scotia for PM youth council program i am assuming its a two day event lasting till today. Will a draw happen without the Minister being at the office?

I feel most draws happened around 12:30 UTC, so will have to wait and watch... But anyways draw can happen earlier or later too.. There is no specific time as such

If no of ITA are 3500 then CRS should be at 425 -

If it is 3500 ITA indeed as per my calculations as well , it should be 425
