Dear Veersam, Can u kindly share the file u send it through courier to Mississauga lost or mississuaga center send our file after reveiwing it to LVO that one is lost by Courier service.?

Mississagua office send all the files to London office after reviewing the file & documents related to the case. The courier company they use to transfer files somehow lost the package or London office miss placed it and finally after I gathering all the documents and refilling of the whole application the Mississauga office called me that London office found your file , so tou dont need to submit the new one .

Unexpectedly , I got Refusal letter today. September 12, 2017. My heart broken. I won't come on this forum for few days to get out from this shock.

Veersam,,Just need to clarify that the application u send it to CPC-M was lost or its lost by CPC-M when they send yours application after reviewing it to LVO?Had u received any Letter from CPC-M that they lost yours application and U have to send new application kit to CPC-M operation Manager directly? Pls share

First I got the call from CPC-M Operation Manager, she told me when they sent my file to London office the third party courier company lost the package, she didn't want to tell me name of the courier company and she told me we will send you the Registered letter explaining what happened and what to do for resubmitting the file And two weeks after she called me again to tell me that your file has been received by London office on September 7, and I don't need to resubmit the application

I got my baby birth certificate, Child CNIC (instead bay form), and FRC after marriage.
How should I send these documents to LVO, please guide. if upload the documents how should I upload them. I have GCKEY account and linked my application

Thank you veersam for yours reply.yesterday I e mail operation manager after getting letter from CIC and mentioned that the letter I received have Dated August 31 2017 and on ECAS service my status changed reveiwng application started September 7 2017...So Iam hoping they also found my application,,lets I m waiting for the reply from operatiom manager...

If you are sending voluntary info then send thru webform/case specific inquiry. I think u have to send child's passport copy as well.

Dear All,
please advise in proof of relationship to sponsor their is a question in document checklist . Provide Important documents for you and your spouse showing that you are recognized each other's spouse(Such as Insurance benefits)

We are going to open insurance policy and state life Insurance provide two option.

1:- Joint insurance policy (Both the spouse will be policy holder)
2:- One spouse policy holder and 2nd spouse they will mentioned Nominee or Beneficiary
Which option is better as per your opinion?????

Did they mentioned the reason of refusal?
Do you mean that the sponsorship approval got refused?
Or were you approved as a sponsor and PA GOT refused?

Just wondering if the FRC is a must? I didn't provide one :/

I also didnt provide one when filing the application. I was asked for Additional documents later but they still didnt ask for FRC so i believe its not a must document to attach, however its always better to provide one.

Gosh you guys, finally got the processing line on ECAS (September 11th). Took two weeks for the line to show up after status went into IP. Glad to see some movement.

Me and many june applicants got this third line on 11 sep.

For all of those worried about the letter saying their application got lost in transit. Dont worry i am one of the members too. Cic sends files to london in batches so you guys are all in the same batch as me. They found the package and gave some of us a call to disregard the letter. So no worries for all of you.
Also my ecas changed to started processing application on sept 7, 2017.

Could comeone please add me to the spreadsheet as well? Thanks

thanks for reply, yes I m sending volunteer information, is it mandatory to have pak passport for new born during processing her mother application. will LVO ask about to submit pk passport ?
