Hi,
Is it possible to get a job offer lets say in january and then write the ielts in february and then apply for immigration when I get ielts results?
Can't say that it is impossible. If you can get job offer from a company(registered in LMIA) with 1 year validity, you can write IELTS and ECA. Then you can apply for immigration* (*condition apply)

*Within that 1 year, you need to get valid IELTS score, evaluated ECA, satisfy other eligibility criteria, score enough CRS pts, get ITA and submit PR application:eek::mad:o_O.

Thanks..
One more query....in all degree certificates are in maiden name of my wife and in passport and EE profile after marriage name. So anything that i have to send additional for that?
I applied Academic report with current name and maiden name in 'other name'. The transcripts were been issued with maiden names. WES has mentioned both the names in ECA. WES replied to my request that they can issue ECA only as per transcripts.

So you have to include Academic report of WES, write 'her current name at applicant name' and 'previous name in the other name'.

Hello everyone, i received an invitation yesterday but i am worried because my partner passport will expire in February 2018,i already booked an appointment to renew it. Is it advisable to submit the application with my current passport and later raise CSE when i receive the new or i should wait and use the new one. Regards
You have 90 days to submit eAPR. You can do either. I would renew it immediately(I get renewed PP within a week in my case) and submit application in this kind of situations.

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding my work experience duration calculation. I have total work experience of more than 4 years in the skilled jobs but in different job profiles, 2.7 years in Information Technology industry and 1.5 in a managerial role in the Insurance industry. Should I enter my work experience as 2.7 ( or 2 to be exact) years only, as I have higher experience and will gain higher points for my IT job as compared to my second job where my experience is only 1.5 years. Or I can enter total 4 years?

I have this doubt because someone said that the work experience in only one job profile is considered and there is no similarity between the two job roles that I have assumed till date.

Thanks and Regards.

You need minimum of 1 year in last 10 years for eligibility. You can mention 4 years.

hi

Good day. Can you please help to clarify my doubt around POF. I hold a joint account with my father where I have sufficient funds for 4 family members (Me, my wife, my daughter and son). Do i need to get a gift deed from my father as I hold a joint account with him? Or is it advisable to transfer money to my individual account but it will delay my EE process as i wont have 6 months average balance if I transfer it to my individual account.

From when is it advisable to hold POF in my account? Is it 6 months before creating EE profile or 6 months before getting ITA?
Financial statement must either yours or your spouse. Since your account is joint acc with your father. Transfer it to your individual account and document it (Gift deed from father and transfer details).

It has to 6 months bank statement when you submit PR application after you receive ITA. Sometimes, you will have to submit statement+documents when you go for PNP.

You can do both in parallel. You may not have had that fund for the past six months in your individual account. That's why you are going to give supporting documents like Gift deed etc.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?countrySelect=IN&lob=eesd

Applicable updates:
1. Spouse updated medical report
2. inclusion of family member
3. POF(if your previous POF is less for 3 members)
4. Baby's documents (Birth certificate etc)

I have no experiences. But people are asking to submit CSE.

Hi senior members,
Any idea whether the address of spouse should match that of the Main applicant.
We have different addresses in our passports.
Has anyone already got their PR who had a similar situation.
P.S. Spouse is not accompanying too.
Thank you very much for answering

Hi,

No, they don't have to match. Many couples don't live together for one reason or another. So you will be ok.

Another thing is that many countries don't even mention spouses or addresses in their passports. So you are good to go. Not to worry.

Dear all.
Thanks for your advises
Please a have 5 years work experience with the same employer. But I worked in 3 cities in the same country with this employer at the same position with the same duties.
1. In the work history form I need to fill 3 lines of work experience corresponding to each city?

2. Or only one line is correct with the head office city?

3. Only my actual supervisor can write mt reference letter for all the 5 years work experience?

Thanks

Hi,

Option 2 and 3.

Get your supervisor or even HR to write one letter for the 5 years and have one entry for this experience.

All the best.
