I've finally linked my application to My CIC account. In the details section Under "View my submitted applications or profiles", it says YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED. Any idea what does that mean ?. I've checked status and messages and they are not asking anything.

Yes, I chose Application no. and last name. This time i left Place of Birth and country of birth box empty.

You filled up passport details? I am an 25 August 2016 applicant too but cannot link my profile. Tried it several times now

You did not try in the way. You have Application Number and UCI now. So it is very easy. People even link without these things as well, like me.

Choose "continue to GC key" in this link.

Choose "Sigh Up"

Choose "Accept"

Create your username (Ex. rohanindian, or......) then press Continue

Create Password (Ex. Suresh3384, etc.) then press Continue

Create your Recovery questions

If you go ahead 2-3 steps like this then work will be done.
Note : When you try for GC key linking online. Open up your Generic Application Form (which you applied for Provincial Nomination). Filling in verbatim information about your application. Will be linked.

Enter "intended place of living" as "toronto". It should work.

Don't worry. It is a technical issue. Several have already asked cic.

I am july 7 applicant,i did upfront medical from heritage village medicentre in edmonton and today my medical status changed to medical passed.

I had same issue they told me to send screenshot of my answers
After few days they sent me email with correct answers.
Try that it works
