Try giving only the passport details and name, no date of birth or place of birth. Try to link by giving minimum details till it works. However, they do not allow more than 5 tries per day or something like that. Good luck!

i am trying to link my application for status updates but i cnt because i dont know my course ending date on my offer letter course ending - april 2019 is written i want to know the exact date . i already tried by putting 31 amd 30 in it

Dont put date just april 2019 only

They asked for course dates. So I entered the start date and just the end month and year. Did not put the date.

Is there anyone who is waiting for their visas applied under non spp and file being processed at Bangalore vfs??? I have applied on 25th of July and still waiting for any sort of updates.

Did you try selecting the family name option and leaving the family name field blank? Fill in the passport details and first name.

Applied 11th July, nonSPP, Bangalore. Medicals updated 11th August.

In the Application details "Please select one" drop down box, select Family name, Given name and date of birth. Then leave the field Family name blank, fill in the given name and date of birth. Fill in the passport number, country of issue, issue date and expiry date. Leave the other fields blank and search. Hope it works.
