I emailed cic Ottawa a week ago asking if they need any other document or I missed any.
So they reply today saying

So any idea what's going on!

Looks like all your checks are done and VO has to pick your file for reviewing the recommendation and make a final decision. PPR anytime..

As confirmed by agent on phone, my application was transferred to NDVO office on 2nd Aug. So almost a month..

Which VO issued your PPR?

Thank you. Dakar issued my PPR.

All,

My PPR was issued on August 17th, 2017 and was sent out only August 30th, 2017. My CSE triggered it for the CSE was forwarded to my local visa office and they forwarded the same email to me with my PPR. Therefore, may I suggest you raise a CSE once you passed the six month mark.

Wish you quick PPR all that are still waiting the golden email.

Yes, I did. I received an email that there is an update on my application/new email. Background changed from NA to IP2 (we are processing...).
