I don't understand one thing , if the college that is giving you admission has no problem with your grades, then what the hell is wrong with the visa officer??

Yes, Apply with western Overseas. It has its branches at Chandigarh , Ambala, Kurukshetra, Jalandhar . Visit their site for more info. They will give you true guidelines.

If you meet all the requirements then you will get an unconditional offer letter within 20 days otherwise you will be given a conditional offer letter which can be converted to unconditional after sending the required documents to the university.. you will be given a time limit for sending the documents , after you send them, you will get your unconditional offer letter within a month.

Alright for the reply but I submitted all the necessary documents,like wise application fee...but they told me my application is under processing that it will take upto 6weeks to undergo process...so just want to know weather is applicable to all application.
