I've seen people post that there have never been four "No Program Specified" draws in a month. I'm not sure whether that limitation is programatic (that's how they do things) or arbitrary (that's how they've happened to do things). Until I see evidence (and not inductive reasoning) that it isn't arbitrary, I say we go with "heart."
In that case i would definitely advice you to take French lesson. I took mine for until A2 beginner and then quit. I wasn't motivated enough and after the Nov changes, didn't make much sense either. Just CLB 9 would be plenty enough and that too i can't manage. So French for me is far too big of a challenge lol. Think about it. I would do it if i were you, but i do know having said is always easier than done.
1) I have reference letter from my current employer as per CIC norms. It has all the details including contact and letter head in English but the company/hospital stamp is in arabic. Do I need to get it translated??
2) I applied for e-visa for UAE (simple online visit visa) which was rejected without giving any reason. Later I got it through my relative in UAE. Do I need to mention it in my visa rejection history?
