Hi Guys, my timeline below
1st Aug - AOR
14th Aug - Meds passed
15th Aug - BG check changed to NA
19th Aug - BG changed back to processing BG check and additional docs section changed to we do not need addtl docs.
Please advise if i am in IP2 and how long does it take for PPR, its already a week passed post 19th Aug (from last status update)
I did call CIC many times. Last time was 2 days ago. The agent said I passed eligibility and I'm under security check. She added that I should expect a PPR around end of next month.
Dear, my situation is similar to yours, IP2 since 17th of July, last time the agent told me that everything is complete and the application is running smoothly, only security checks are running; and once finished, the decision will be made. Let us hope for the best.

Yes looks like IP2. Your file has been moving fast, IP2 can take from a day to a month. Based on your timeline, you might be hearing news next week
i'm very confused, the agent yesterday said my file is in rabat, said she doesn"t have full visibility on what's going on there so she can't know when they will send "the letter"... however she said that my file is completed (security , eligibility...) so what do you understand from this ? IP2 since the 8th august, aor 16 june.
Hopefully soon. Cant rely on verbal response by them, but the agent was honest and you did pass security, then all is good and wont be long till you recieve your ppr. Good luck

THanks dr feras, do you think it's normal that my file got moved to local Visa office in morroco at that stage, is it also normal that even she said my file is completed, she could not say that my app os approved... am i going to be rechecked again? Thanks for answering in advance.
Thanks

I would say wait. No reason to be worried, like i said file is moving in a good pace. Give it a week or 2, see what happens.

okk...are their cases of rejection in IP2 stage..which stage do they do employment checks ? sorry to bombard with questions...just anxiety

Yes bro, its normal. Files go to local visa office usually late in the process around when IP2 starts thats when file is already there. They always say we cant tell when letter will be sent ( meaning ppr), they gave me same response few days before i actually got the ppr. Even when security is passed, there is a final review and approval by a visa officer. Sometimes files are queued for this review, once done and approved, they assign ppr batches in the system to be sent. In my opinion you should be recieving your ppr very soon

There is always the chance of rejection at any stage. Chances are much less in ip2. Employment is checked during eligibility (NA2), however, if later during visa officer review in ip2 he is not happy about something, he might do local verifications like calling your employer etc. Again those detailed checks are not done for all applicants, only when things arent clear and the officer has doubts.
Also in ip2 they are doing security checks, so if there are any red flags they might initiate a long security screening.
Now all of those things might not necessarily be done in your case, but its always possible, and mentioned them in response to your question.
You want my advice, relax and let it be for few weeks, if no movement after that then we can think about steps to be done to enquire.
