I landed on June 22nd and got the approval yesterday. My husband landed on the same day and his application was not approved yet.

Hey guys! So I just checked myCIC account and received an email (application updated) my card was approved on Aug 9th. New photos were delivered on Aug 8th. I am still waiting to receive the PR Card. Yay!!!!!!

Agent was shocked and confirmed Card was dispatched Aug 14th. Photo request currently being processed for June 21 date.

Looks like my letter worked!

At what number should I call to have an update about the PR card? For verification, What information will they ask on call?

Having the current the processing time, you can call them to get more information. You should have it at least approved at this point.
Eligibility review and additional documents status are fine. Everyone's application has this eligibility status before it's approved. About the documents, I didn't send anything and it said that the documents were received.

If you have your application number, they will request it in the IVR, along with date of birth.

If not, I really don't remember what I provided... Maybe UCI. For sure I had to confirm phone number, email, and address.

Yup still no update.

I had earlier linked my family's PR card applications to Mycic account and it shows application in progress for all of us.

They processed mine in 1 day of receiving the new photos!
Landed: June 5th
New photos request: Aug 2nd
New photos delivered: Aug 8th
PR Card Approved: Aug 9th
PR Card Dispatched: Aug 14th

Unfortunately no, the content is confidential.
However, it was a request for urgent processing, is all I can say.
