Can anyone help me about what is the procedure for applying 2173 Software engineers and designers Canadian Association of Information Technology Professionals (CIPS) 6-8 weeks ???? How we can apply under this......So basically first we have to done this step only then we have to file SINP ....Right????

For potential applicants whose occupation is on the list below, the SINP requires applicants to have obtained the proper professional licensure in order for the application to be processed to completion. However, it may be noted that an application (submitted by an applicant whose occupation requires licensure) that does not include the relevant proof of licensure may be held for processing until such proof is provided. All other required documents must be submitted, otherwise the file will be returned and the CAD $300 government processing fee may not be refunded.
Anybody knows....when I read about NOC 2173 license....these guys again want transcripts course by course...so it means we have to do again apply for transcript evaluation from WES or what we have already WES that is enough???? The process is complex and not clear...Please help me out if anybody know this procedure......
