Nope it doesnt mean that i had the same and called cic 10 days after that and eligibility still on going and security not started

Well, in my case I had last called them on 13-July and the agent said that I cleared my eligibility on that day as she was able to see the same in the notes by an officer on my application. Next day, i.e. 14-July my additional docs went from under review to 'we do not need additional docs'. BGC has remained NA throughout.

How do you know this means 'eligibility is passed'? I am asking because the same thing happened to my application almost 2 months back.

We may have the same officer, My med passed on Apr 28, NA since Apr 28 or 29 too.
Hope not to get rejected after 4 month.

It seems that we have received PPR letter, but we have a problem - our Medical tests have expired 10 days ago.
And my CIC profile looks very "static" (In Progress 2).What if another officer (not from LVO, but from Ottawa) assigns us to perform new medicals and our passports are not with us?
I contacted LVO (Vienna) and waiting for their answer...Please advise!!

I am going to get my notes but not sure what date it would hv been generated. Expecting on 13th August.
