I am August 2016 applicant waiting on MR; any August applicant received MR?

It seems like June applicants are still waiting for MR, so August applicants will get it not earlier than late September ...

I'm august 12 2016 applicant and still waiting for medical. They don't even say eligibility passed in my account.
Does anybody see eligibility passed ? And anybody got medical ?

FYI: the eligibility wont be passed in "my cic account" until your application is approved and your passport is sent, to know if you've passed eligibility request for your gcms notes.

I have ordered GCMS 10 days ago. But it is weird,from last 7 days I see "we are processing your background check" in my cic account. How can they start BC without MR. ?
