Yes, I think so...NDVO can issue the visa at the last stage but the background check and security will take place in Canada. Someone use to live in autralia and he submitted his application overthere. When he comeback to his country (France), he couldn't transfer his file but he got confirmation of permanent residency from Paris VO.

Could you please provide me the steps to pay RPRF.
I haven't received any request to pay but I did completed my Medicals in March.
Suggest I can pay RPRF or need to wait.

home country PCC request came in on may 2nd
PCC sent by Canadian embassy abroad to IRCC: July 5th (yes, it took forever)
IRCC: profile updated from " we require additional documents" to "we do not need additional documents" on july 13th
IRCC profile updated to: "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed" on august 3rd...

Has anybody seen this last message before? First time I hear about it...

Background check still "in process"....

Have you received a letter in your application to explain in the application messages?

If not go to "view submitted application"...it's probably because they need some documents from you

I have same issue since June. This is a system bug. Nothing to worry about.

I also received a letter requesting additional documents back on April, 24th. I uploaded the documents two weeks later and after one month or so the status changed to "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed". After that nothing has changed in my case, although they had stated that I should send the documents before 24th July, otherwise they would make their decision based on existing documents.
