I would like information from a good lawyer who works with an appeal, because my case is very complicated, if someone can tell me one in toronto? thanks.
When you get refused in interveiw....then your file number is also changed befor appeal date ? because i tried to check my status in ecas and says its wrong
Number doesn't change. File number stays the same. UCI umber stats the same. What stage are you in for appeal? You can always call the IAD for your region. You will get a good answer one time and different the next but what can you do.
We won May 9. I received the letter May 24. When I saw an email on June 8 that my husband's file was received in Ottawa June 5, I went online to see for myself. I cannot link as I have lawyer. And I went on then. Not sure when it kicked in.
I am living in London my visa application was London and that's way my lawyer told me she wrote a letter to London embassy to process my file because we won appeal.
My case was refused on the basis of not looks genuine but court judge font its genuine and allowed me appeal .
Please any idea what type of grounds can refused again and main is how long the whole process is to review my file and get desicion on it
This would not happen in your case but for example, if the PA commit a crime. I wouldn't worry about another refusal.
It varies, you will just have to read back about a yr on here. I read.of a person being done all in one month. I also have read a year. It varies.
They will either tell you at appeal you won, or send a letter from IAD doing appeal. After that, file should be sent to Ottawa or the spouses vo. They will ask for new forms, medical and police. And then you wait a few months perhaps.
