Later on, after a couple of years, if you still don't feel like staying in there, you can move to the place where your heart belongs Your ITA is for sure, no one can stop that. I'd like to inform you all that I received the Ontario nomination yesterday and accepted it. I am sorry if I never mentioned about the OINP application but it does not mean I had lost hope the cut-off will never come down to my CRS or lower. With this nomination, nothing will change and I will always be part of this thread and continue hoping the best for all of us.
Her Toronto apartment has the potential to get crowded, and you might have to enter a draw before she lets you in. A draw to receive ITA into her apartment, lol!!
Unless you are a US Citizen or a Green card holder you can get your PCC in USA through the list of approved channeler FBI. Else you have to submit your fingerprints to FBI and wait for 2 months - 3 months. They are currently opening and processing packages which were sent to them on May 12th.

My package that I sent on the 19th of May was charged today.
Was worried my bank would reject a charge from the FBI but it went through. Now my real worry is whether it makes it through our terrible postal system.
Any idea how long I would wait for it to reach South Africa from America?
